Im off to Estonia - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog
Im off to Estonia - The Chief Happiness Officer Blog Im having an enormously intriguing week here. Monday I did a workshop for The Danish Union of Librarians. The workshop concentrated on making the libraries more joyful working environments and on advancing better collaboration among the executives and association reps. As I would like to think, the one spot where the executives and associations can generally meet and work together is satisfaction grinding away. On every other territory, similar to compensations, arrangements, get-aways, authority, and so forth they can without much of a stretch end up on various sides. In any case, everybody can concur that satisfaction at work is a commendable objective that serves the two representatives AND the work environment and that makes it an incredible spot to begin to improve working relations. Today Im going to Estonia to do a workshop for another organization called Arigato. Arigato is the most current, shiniest wellness place in the Baltic and an organization with enormous aspirations. Basically, they need astounding client support, and theyve understood that the best way to accomplish it is to have cheerful workers. That is the place I come in :o) As you may know whether youve watched Shogun as enthusiastically as I have, domo arigato implies much thanks in Japanese, and one of the companys basic beliefs is without a doubt appreciation. Its extremely hard to think of new corporate qualities (everybody appears to wind up with some variety of regard, transparency, greatness, quality and trust) yet appreciation is unfamiliar to me. Its an extraordinary thought however as studies show that appreciation is a key to bliss. After the workshop my awesome sweetheart and I will be unwinding for a couple of days in Tallinn. Sick be back on Monday, however Ive set up a couple of presents on show up for the remainder of the week, so things wont need to go calm here on the blog. A debt of gratitude is in order for visiting my blog. In case you're new here, you should look at this rundown of my 10 most famous articles.
